Any dispute arising from or in connection with this Agreement that cannot be resolved through the internal dispute resolution process described in Clause 14 shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.

Bangladesh's Public Gambling Act of 1867 predates internet-based gaming, and its application to offshore online platforms operating in Bangladesh remains legally ambiguous.
